          Cinnamon & Almond Roll cake





This is a simple swirl cake with cinnamon and nuts. Its suitable as a tea cake and also as a dessert cake. This is good with either warm or cold custard, cream or ice cream. Ingredients 290 g /1 1/2 cups Self Raising flour 100 g / 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup Milk 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla 60 g Butter 100g butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 Tsp Cinnamon 1/3 cups Almonds (roasted)
