Mexican Flour Tortillas
- 3 cups of plain flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp of Baking powder
- 175 ml of hot water
- 100g butter or margarine.
- Add all the ingredients in to a mixing bowl and mix it at least 5 min.
- Let the dough rest coverd about 1/2 and hour or an hour
- Make rotis to the size you like. Put it in a container and close the lid to keep it moist.
- If you leave it open it will go dry.
- Serve with a dipping or a curry or as a wrap.
